Does CTC accept insurance?

Our services are Private Pay (self-pay) only. We accept cash, check, debit, credit, HSA and FSA cards. 

 

Parents/guardians may be able to receive reimbursement from their insurance (through Out-of-Network) with the use of Superbills. Superbills are a detailed medical receipt that can be sent to insurances for the possibility of reimbursement.

 

The reason why Communication thru Connection, LLC only accepts private-pay is to ensure that therapy can begin right away (no pre-authorization needed and hence, very little to no wait time to begin services), services are provided one-on-one, services are based upon the client’s need, the number of sessions is not determined by an outside organization (e.g., insurance company), and collaboration with a client’s school speech pathologist, specialists/other professionals, and family members can easily occur.
